Custom Products: We love bringing your visions to life—where “Your Ideas + Our Craft = Designs that Mirror You”. However, because these pieces are built exclusively from your uploaded reference images, refunds or returns on custom products are strictly non-negotiable.

- Doorstep Delivery & Floor Charges: We offer clear pricing with free doorstep delivery to your residence. (Note: As requested, please be aware that standard delivery covers the entrance of your residence).

Cancellation Policy: When & Why
Ready-Made Products: Your standard, handcrafted furniture orders can be canceled anytime up until the item has shipped.
Custom Orders: Because custom pieces are tailored specifically to you—where “Your Ideas + Our Craft = Designs that Mirror You”—cancellations on bespoke items are strictly permitted only up to 48 hours of order placement.
The Custom Journey: We want you to feel like a part of our creative core team! Throughout the production of your custom order, we will keep you posted by sending timely pictures and videos of your furniture’s development. This allows any necessary changes to be made and seen beforehand so you get exactly what you want.
Zero Wastage & Sustainability: By collaborating closely with you during the custom build and adhering to strict cancellation windows, we actively reduce the chances of returns and remakes. This saves manpower, increases efficiency, and directly supports our core commitment to sustainability by drastically reducing material wastage.
